Reports on the pill testing database indicate that there have been some similar looking pills which contained MDMA earlier in the year. This is an example of how testing with the pill testing kit (marquis reagent) can ID a fake pill. These fakes will not produce a black colour change (although a grey colour may develop)

This drug is VERY DANGEROUS to take along with real ecstasy. DXM and MDMA (real ecstasy) are "contraindicated." which means that if they are taken together it can create a life-threatening situation because both drugs are metabolised through the same liver enzyme and inhibit the breakdown of each other.

YOU CAN EASILY OVERDOSE IF YOU MIX DXM AND ECSTASY!

Dextromethorphan   (DXM)  no other drugs (the US DEA prevents the quantity of drugs present being made known).

DXM is the stuff in cough syrup, dextromethorphan.
